ABOUT SELF CARE
More than ever, self care is key. We live in a fast-paced, demanding world that we can sometimes feel overwhelmed by. The best way to combat fatigue, overwhelm and feeling fried is by practicing self care. With a focus on the new year, you are invited to a customized series of free classes to learn about essential oils and how they can support your self care practice. Over the course of four classes, the focus on self care will be broken into four different areas: skin and hair health, Inflammation with a focus on the gut and liver, immune system health and safe, non-toxic house cleaning. Everyone is welcome to each class - no prior experience is required!
ABOUT STRESS AND INFLAMMATION
Are you one of the many millions of Americans who suffer from inflammation? Be it an old or new condition, inflammation can get in the way of enjoying your life and activities. We will be focusing on ways to soothe the discomfort associated with inflammation in the body primarily for the gut and the liver.
